  Just ordered food here today and tried to buy the clearly advertised $1.50 Salted Caramel Pie at the counter after ordering our main meal via the touch screens. The girl at the counter insisted it was $2.50 as the system she put it into indicated that..she wouldn't turn to view the screen showing it on special for $1.50 and again said it $2.50. We gave up and walked away dismayed. That's poor service. We definately won't be going back. Wish I'd taken a photo to share here but didn't think to. Here's one I found on line. Seriously McDonald's... your staff should be willing to look at what we were pointing to behind them in store, or ask their supervisor for clarification.

  Consistently the worst food of the McDonalds I visit. The fries are never fresh and tonight I asked if they were fresh, and the girl told me yes. I live one minute away, and the fries were cold and only half full when I got home. The burger was boarder line ok.
